Why should relationships be Important to you?

Healthy relationships are strong predictors of overall life satisfaction. In fact, research shows that people with healthy relationships experience less stress, have fewer physical and mental illnesses, and tend to live longer.

According to multiple sources, and second only to health, most people rank “relationships” as being the most important thing in their lives. Yet, friendlessness is on the rise! In the U.S. today, 15% of men and 10% of women report having no close friends (compared to 3% and 2% in 1990).

So, despite being ranked extremely high on the priority list, there is a major gap between what people say and the way they act when it comes to relationships. Many people are genuinely unsure of what to do and how to effectively demonstrate that their relationships are among their top priorities.

MyIPRM understands this challenge and offers a simple, effective tool to help you “Be Intentional” about investing in and building stronger relationships.
